Job summary

Ambition is seeking a senior leader for the central finance function to drive planning, budgeting, and financial insights. You will lead a team of finance professionals, partner with senior stakeholders, and build capability across finance leads and business partners embedded in departments.

You will oversee budgeting consolidation, allocate resources to strategic areas, and drive continuous improvement in finance processes with SAP HANA and Workday, while mentoring the team for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy required.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
• Minimum 15 years of FP&A and budgeting experience, including supervisory experience in an MNC.
• Solid knowledge of audit administration.
• Experience with SAP HANA and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and consolidation of the organisation-wide budget.
• Plan and allocate resources to areas contributing to long-term goals.
• Provide financial modelling to support strategic initiatives and capital projects.
• Collaborate with HR on manpower planning to deliver insights that drive goals.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals and coach finance leads and partners.
