Job summary

Achieve Group seeks a senior finance leader to run an integrated finance function supporting the full project lifecycle from design to mass production. The role partners with Sales, Supply Chain and R&D to drive cost discipline and ROI.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and SSC operations, while leading system implementations including SAP and SAP BW to build a data-driven finance engine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, ideally electronics/high-tech.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in business partnering across sales, supply chain and R&D.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience transforming a shared services centre or finance operations.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP) and BI tools (SAP BW).

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end business partnering across Sales, Supply Chain and R&D to drive cost, margin and investment discipline.
• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; deliver management dashboards.
• Oversee SSC, month-end close, cost accounting and payroll; drive automation.
• Lead system implementations and master data validations (SAP).
• Build and develop a multi-layer finance team across BP, FP&A and SSC.
