Foundation Healthcare (Specialists) Pte. Ltd. seeks a strategic finance leader to guide FP&A, budgeting, and investor relations.

You will partner with senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategy, provide scenario analysis for investments, and build integrated models from scratch in Excel or planning tools. The role involves driving budgeting and forecasting, creating concise management reports, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with rigorous financial analysis.

Formación

• 6–10 years of finance experience in strategic finance and FP&A.
• Prior experience in investment banking, equity research or buy-side investments preferred.
• Strategic mindset to influence corporate strategy and capital allocation.
• Attention to detail with ability to build integrated models from scratch in Excel or planning applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership and business units to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to guide strategic decisions, investments and initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations for key initiatives.
• Drive budgeting process and oversee regular reforecasts (monthly or quarterly).
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Prepare clear, concise management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Provide guidance to teams to align operational plans with financial targets and support cross-functional initiatives.
