Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a Head of Group FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance management across our global businesses.

You will provide forward-looking financial insight and executive-level analysis to support strategic decisions for the senior management Board. The role partners with the Group CFO and regional finance leaders to drive an integrated planning cycle, strengthen reviews, improve forecast accuracy, and translate data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to FP&A, corporate finance, business performance management, strategy or commercial finance.
Proven ability to partner with CFO, CEO, Board and senior stakeholders.
Experience leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level financial analysis in a complex organisation.
Strong financial modelling, scenario planning, variance analysis, and management reporting capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the Group’s annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes.
Own and improve FP&A frameworks, timelines, templates, assumptions and governance.
Drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews with variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
Provide decision-grade analysis on profitability, cash flow, working capital, and ROI.
Partner with Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Treasury, Tax and Controllership to align internal performance with external messaging.
