Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an FP&A Director to shape financial strategy and enable data-driven decisions across CSAME. The role leads long-range planning, annual budgets, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reviews while partnering with regional business and finance leaders.

The Director will strengthen FP&A capabilities, improve planning disciplines, and build a high-performing organization across a complex multi-country matrix. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in FP&A within a large, global organization.
• Proven ability to lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen linking financials to business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A agenda including long-range planning and annual operating plans.
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear analysis of drivers and risks.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive profitable growth and cash generation.
• Translate financial data into concise insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Establish mechanisms for risk tracking and opportunity capture.
• Drive FP&A transformation including standardization, governance, and automation.
• Ensure timely, accurate planning, reporting, and performance governance.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional FP&A organization.
