Job summary

Carrier is seeking an FP&A Director to lead strategic financial planning and performance across CSAME. You will drive long-range planning, annual plans, forecasting, and executive reviews while partnering with regional leaders to optimize profitability and cash flow.

The role requires extensive FP&A leadership experience in a大型, global org, strong analytical skills, and a track record of transformation, digital enablement, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A within a large, global org.
• Proven success in long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, management reporting, and exec reviews.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen; connect financials to drivers and influence resource allocation.
• Experience across multiple countries and cultures in a highly matrixed environment.
• Track record of FP&A transformation, process standardization, and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A agenda including long-range planning and annual operating plans.
• Own monthly/quarterly business reviews with insights, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive profitable growth, cash generation, and productivity.
• Translate complex data into concise, forward-looking insights for senior leadership.
• Establish rigorous risk/opportunity management and drive automation where appropriate.
• Transform FP&A with governance, standardization, and centralized processes.
