Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Professional Services (Application Security) in Hybrid Singapore. You will be a senior, autonomous advisor, embedded within customer environments, leading end-to-end security engagements and shaping service delivery across Cloudflare offerings.

You will own complex, enterprise-scale engagements, drive architectural decisions, and partner with executives to align technical outcomes with business goals. APJC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in one of: Applications, Network, Leadership & Mentorship, Networking fundamentals, Project/Program management, Communication & executive presence, Regional experience with APJC.
• Preferred qualifications include security certifications and familiarity with Zero Trust/SASE architectures.

Responsibilities

• Embed & Integrate: become an embedded member of the customer’s technical team and follow change-management processes.
• Hands-On Execution: design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions within the customer environment and build automations.
• Strategic Advisory & Architecture: provide architectural guidance, roadmaps, and create design/LLD/LLA artifacts for delivery.
• Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: lead technical workshops, document decisions, and align on account strategy.
