Job summary

IMPERVA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Team Lead, Enterprise Services Cloud, to lead a high-performing Cloud Security Engineers team and act as an AppSec expert.

You will drive operational excellence, oversee customer engagements, and collaborate across functions to proactively detect threats and optimize service delivery. You will mentor engineers, define career plans, and foster a culture of learning while ensuring 24x7 continuity and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years in cybersecurity or cloud security operations, with 2-3 years in team leadership.
• Proven track record leading technical teams (Cloud Security or Support).
• Deep understanding of AppSec concepts including OWASP Top 10, WAF, API security, DDoS, and SSL/TLS management.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and end-to-end workflows including 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of Cloud Security Engineers, providing feedback and technical training.
• Develop career plans with clear growth milestones for team members.
• Foster a collaborative culture and promote knowledge sharing and efficient tooling.
• Oversee post-sales service delivery including migration, integration, configuration, and monitoring.
• Monitor engagements to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and issue resolution.
• Analyze data to propose improvements to system health and security posture.
• Research new attack vectors with cross-functional teams and build monitoring tools and alerts.
• Develop tools and reporting to improve Enterprise Services delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, CSMs, Threat Research, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and support 24x7 operations.
