Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is recruiting for a Facilities Management role to organize and coordinate the FMC team and subcontractors, ensuring compliance and timely maintenance programs. You will monitor safety, PTW, and risk assessments while providing technical support as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Facilities/Engineering Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant FM experience, and will assist in day-to-day property operations and reporting to the Client.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and control the facilities management team and subcontractors appointed by the Client.
• Manage emergency repairs, breakdowns and troubleshooting; act as an authorised person where required.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, PTW approvals, and risk assessments; compile management reports.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, certify work, and manage variation orders.
• Provide day-to-day office and property management support as directed by the Client.
