Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management, operations and maintenance at the site. You will manage contracted teams, supervise service providers and ensure safety, compliance and service quality across all M&E systems.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in facilities management, a relevant degree and a Fire Safety Management Certification. You will lead emergency responses, manage budgets, and report on performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in facilities services.
• Must be Fire Safety Management Certified.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair and minor improvements across the Site.
• Coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors and service providers; lead a team of contractors.
• Oversee security and fire safety of the Site and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate, monitor and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities and performance.
