Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Executive / Assistant Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operations at a specified location. You will oversee janitorial, life-safety, engineering, and site services while ensuring compliance with client directives and company policies.

The role requires a Diploma in Facilities Management and 3–5 years in facilities/real estate operations, with CMMS experience seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in commercial/industrial real estate facility management.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(s) including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are aligned with Cushman & Wakefield policies and client directives.
• Supervise all maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties.
• Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc., and implement ongoing contract programs to address needs.
• Compile information necessary to ensure site-specific documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time (e.g., Property Information Book, Site Operating Manual, Emergency Procedures Manual, etc.).
• Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex.
• Assist in providing information for capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans.
• Collect, analyze and prepare reports to assess facility management objectives.
• Familiarity with management contracts, vendor agreements and all related requirements.
• Monitor and ensure tenants and vendors comply with insurance requirements and coordinate all claims.
• Proactively inspect the facility and report findings to the Facility Manager.
