Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee M&E facilities in a high‑rise office setting. You will manage day‑to‑day M&E systems, supervise contractors, and implement maintenance regimes to keep operations smooth.

The role requires strong knowledge of building services and hands‑on leadership for maintenance staff onsite, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have practical knowledge of building services and M&E operations such as air conditioning and electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain M&E facilities in the building.
• Oversee day-to-day M&E systems and plan repairs, maintenance and improvements.
• Develop, implement and maintain maintenance regimes and improve building services.
• Supervise outsourced contractors and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Attend monthly employer meetings and be on-site during emergencies.
• Carry out daily inspections to ensure site is well maintained and defects are rectified.
