Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports and handle month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support system migration projects, including Xero to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvements, internal controls, system enhancements, and ad hoc finance projects.
