Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd, located in Jurong East, Singapore, is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead the finance function for a group of entities. You will supervise the accounting team, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents to maintain compliance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on accounting experience, GST knowledge, and the ability to manage cash flow, share actionable insights through management reports, and drive continuous improvements in internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on accounting experience with multi-entity oversight.
• Experience handling accounts for multiple companies.
• Independent and able to manage daily finance operations.
• Experience with external auditors and GST compliance.
• Able to supervise and review the finance team’s work.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Willing to learn new accounting systems and processes.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ownership mindset; proactive and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review full sets of accounts for multiple entities.
• Perform month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage monthly cash flow planning and treasury.
• Prepare, analyse, and review management reports.
• Supervise and review accounting team’s work.
• Maintain documentation, backups and data confidentiality.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external parties.
• Enhance internal controls and reporting processes.
