You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheets, own the general ledger, and ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutes. The role partners with operations and finance teams to analyze performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including entity-level ownership or financial close.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Audit experience or with Big 4 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage month-end and year-end closing for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, and balance sheet schedules.
• Own the general ledger and ensure compliance with group policies and local statutory requirements.
• Partner with business and operational teams to understand key drivers of financial performance and provide insights into variances and trends.
• Continuously improve close and reporting processes through automation and system enhancements.
• Analyze revenue and expense accounts, providing variance analysis and insightful explanations.
