Job summary

AMICI EVENTS & CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to support full sets of accounts across multiple entities within the Group. You will handle GL, AP, AR, and month-end closings, preparing journal entries and intercompany reconciliations.

The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented work with strong Excel skills and familiarity with GST and regulatory reporting. Join a dynamic finance team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience assisting accounts for multiple companies/Group entities preferred.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Familiar with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for multiple companies within the Group.
• Manage GL, AP and AR; perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare consolidated/group accounts.
• Assist with GST submissions, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain documentation and accounting schedules.
