Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle the full set of accounts for multiple entities, including AP, AR and GL, and to ensure timely monthly management reporting.

You will perform month-end/year-end closings, support data migration from Xero to NetSuite, and cooperate with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders, while driving internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience handling multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience with Xero and NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and loan arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, active and dormant.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports on time.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records with compliance to standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and loan agreements.
• Support data migration projects, including Xero to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and other external stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvements, internal controls and system enhancements.
• Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects.
