Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior Accounts Executive to own full-set accounting across multiple entities. You will manage GL, AP and AR, perform month-end closings, and prepare financial statements and management reports.

You will also handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, GST compliance and statutory reporting, working with auditors and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and accurate financial information.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, depending on seniority.
• Hands-on experience with full-set accounting and month-end closing is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Experience with GST preparation and statutory reporting would be advantageous.
• Experience with NetSuite or Oracle would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting for multiple entities, including GL, AP and AR.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals and other month-end adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage vendor payments, staff claims and other finance-related transactions.
• Prepare GST reconciliations and quarterly GST submissions.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accounting records and reporting are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, corporate secretaries and relevant external parties.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
• Support process improvements and other finance-related initiatives where required.
