Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support full accounting across multiple entities, including active and dormant companies. You will handle AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and prepare timely management accounts.

The role requires hands-on accounting experience, good technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin proficiency is required for external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Eligible for professional accounting qualifications or pursuing them.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on in AP, AR and GL with full sets of accounts.
• Strong month-end closing and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with tax filings and audit-related matters advantageous.
• Experience handling accounts for multiple entities advantageous.
• Familiar with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Mandarin proficiency required for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for multiple entities (active and dormant).
• Manage AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports timely.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support system implementations and data migrations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders.
• Assist with tax-related matters and schedules.
• Support process improvements and internal controls.
