Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive based in Havelock Road to manage full-set accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, with responsibility for month-end and year-end closing.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably with full-set accounts), and knowledge of Singapore GST and CPF. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounts.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and CPF regulations.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, CPF, payroll, tax and audit matters.
• Perform inventory, cost and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare management reports and basic financial analysis.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and improve accounting processes/internals controls.
