Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance & Accounting Executive (Full Set Accounts) to manage full-set accounting, month-end closing, tax support and financial reporting. Located at Havelock with 1 day WFH weekly, working Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM.

Salary up to SGD 5,200 plus AWS, up to 2 months performance bonus and monthly transport allowance. Benefits include 14–25 days annual leave, $1,500 flex benefit yearly and medical coverage. Permanent role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
• Familiar with GST/tax support and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting including AR, AP, GL and journal entries.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules.
• Support GST and corporate tax preparation and review.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and financial schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis as required.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and schedules.

• Handle accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and cash movements.

• Support GST and corporate tax preparation and review.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare management reports and financial schedules.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis where required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting.

• Good knowledge of AR, AP, GL, reconciliations and month-end closing.

• Experience supporting tax, audit and statutory reporting.

• Familiar with Singapore accounting and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.

• FP&A, budgeting or forecasting exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
