Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive in Jurong East to manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients in a CSP environment. You will handle AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations and related financial tasks.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, with CSP or audit firm experience preferred. You will ensure compliance with SFRS and IRAS regulations and liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in CSP or audit firm is required.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of SFRS, GST and corporate taxation in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with corporate tax computations, GST submissions and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation, schedules and filing records.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and relevant government agencies on accounting and compliance matters.
• Handle clients' accounting and taxation queries and provide timely follow-up.
• Support senior management on complex accounting matters and process improvements.
• Review accounting work and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
