Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive based in Havelock Road to manage full-set accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, with responsibility for month-end and year-end closing.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably with full-set accounts), and knowledge of Singapore GST and CPF. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, CPF, payroll, tax and audit matters.
• Perform inventory, cost and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare management reports and basic financial analysis.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and improve accounting processes/internals controls.

About the role

Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive role based in Havelock Road. This position involves managing full-set accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations, with responsibility for month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations

• Support month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Handle GST, CPF, payroll, tax and audit matters

• Perform inventory, cost and fixed asset accounting

• Prepare management reports and basic financial analysis

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding issues

• Improve accounting processes and internal controls

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance

• 3 to 5 years accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounts

• Knowledge of Singapore GST and CPF regulations

• Strong experience in AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and closing

• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)

• Experience with ERP or accounting software

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independent, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple companies

• Mandarin is an advantage for business communication
