Job summary

The candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of tax regulations. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Strong understanding of GST and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.

Job description

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
• Manage GST filing, corporate tax, and compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Process payroll, CPF submissions, and staff expense claims.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Support any ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
