Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a responsible Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

You will handle full-set accounts, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting, along with GST preparation and year-end activities. The role requires 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, proficiency in Excel and Xero/QuickBooks, and strong numerical and analytical ability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience handling full-set accounts will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore accounting practices and GST requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or equivalent.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP and AR.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and receipts.
• Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with GST preparation and submission.
• Support annual audit, corporate tax and statutory reporting.
