EX STYLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

This role demands a detail‑oriented, analytical candidate with deep accounting knowledge. You will handle daily accounting tasks, budgeting support, and liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• ACCA/LCCI/Diploma/Degree with similar certification.
• Minimum 3 years of full set experience for accounts executive.
• Minimum 5 years of full set experience for senior executive.
• Good in Excel / Google Sheets - a must.
• Experience in Xero accounting software (preferred but not a must).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial statement, AP/AR listing.
• Petty cash and bank reconciliation.
• Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses.
• Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis.
• Full set accounts experience (guidance if not).
• Consolidation of accounts experience (good to have).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Assets listing maintenance.
• Involve in inventory cycle count.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, Corp sec, etc.
• Continuous process improvement and ad hoc projects involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Prepare Financial statement, AP/AR listing.
• 2. Petty cash and bank reconciliation
• 3. Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses
• 4. Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis
• 5. Full set accounts experience (good to have, if no we can guide)
• 6. Consolidation of accounts experience (good to have )
• 7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• 8. Assets listing maintenance
• 9. Involve in inventory cycle count
• 10. Liaise with external parties (e.g. Auditor, tax agent, Corp sec, etc)
