Job summary

JIT FA (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, ensure accurate postings to Xero, and prepare regular financial reports for management.

You will handle GST submissions, payroll processing, invoicing, and coordination with auditors. The role includes liaising with clients and maintaining organized financial records in a fast-paced office in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting entries to Xero Accounting System.
• Ensure Statement of Accounts reach customers.
• Follow up and chase payments.
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports and bank balances for MD.
• File GST, PIC, and other grant claims.
• Generate sales invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor bank balances and manage cashflow requirements.
• Handle quarterly GST submission.
• Liaise with Auditors for year-end audit.
