Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Executive/Manager to lead the finance function. You will run the full set of accounts, manage daily operations and ensure robust cash-flow forecasting across multiple entities.

The role requires hands-on Sage 300 Cloud expertise, strong banking experience, and ability to drive month-end close, reporting, and compliance with GST and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' accounting/finance experience.
• Sage 300 hands-on experience.
• Full set of accounts.
• Strong cash-flow forecasting experience.
• Hands-on banking/payment experience.
• Experience managing multiple entities.
• Good Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations
• Hands-on Sage 300 Cloud experience - mandatory
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
• Monthly closing and management reporting
• Bank reconciliations and daily monitoring of bank balances
• Cash-flow management and weekly/monthly cash-flow forecasting
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts
• Monitor expected receipts, supplier payments, payroll, taxes and other commitments
• Banking experience, including online banking platforms, payment processing and bank administration
• Prepare payment batches and coordinate payment approvals
• Monitor foreign-currency balances and exposures
• Manage intercompany transactions and funding requirements
• Cash-position reporting to management
• Support working-capital management
• GST and statutory requirements
• Fixed assets and inventory accounting
• Audit preparation and liaison with auditors
• Ability to identify potential cash shortages and elevate funding requirements early
• Experience dealing with banks and relationship managers would be an advantage
