Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Executive to oversee the full set of accounts and daily finance operations for a small setup of a German MNC. This hands-on role requires Sage 300 Cloud experience and strong cash-flow forecasting expertise.

You will manage AP/AR, GL, monthly closes, bank reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasting, with multi-currency awareness and ownership of the finance function.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' accounting/finance experience required.
• Hands-on Sage 300 Cloud experience essential.
• Experience managing full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations.
• Strong cash-flow forecasting experience and ability to work independently.

About the role

Senior Finance Executive for a German MNC with a small setup in Singapore. This is a hands-on finance role managing the full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations


• Hands-on Sage 300 Cloud experience


• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger


• Monthly closing and management reporting


• Bank reconciliations and daily monitoring of bank balances


• Cash-flow management and weekly/monthly cash-flow forecasting


• Prepare and maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts


• Monitor expected receipts, supplier payments, payroll, taxes and other commitments


• Prepare payment batches and coordinate payment approvals


• Monitor foreign-currency balances and exposures

About you

• 4-5 years' accounting/finance experience


• Sage 300 hands-on experience


• Full set of accounts experience


• Strong cash-flow forecasting experience


• Hands-on banking/payment experience


• Experience managing multiple entities


• Strong Excel skills


• Able to work independently and take ownership of the finance function


• Preferred: Inventory and spare-parts accounting
