Job summary

SUPERPOWER X AI (SINGAPORE) TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager / Full Set Accountant in Singapore to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including month-end close, AR/AP, and cash flow management.

The role requires strong GST knowledge, statutory reporting, and the ability to implement policies and SOPs. You will liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, drive improvements, and support payroll and finance administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience handling full set accounts independently.
• Experience establishing finance processes, SOPs and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory reporting.
• Proficient with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts and month-/year-end close.
• Manage AR, AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee GST filings, audit schedules, and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Develop finance SOPs, internal controls, and approvals.
• Establish finance policies for procurement, payments, expenses, credit control.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager / Full Set Accountant to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for full set accounts, AR/AP, financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and establishing finance policies and procedures to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee GST filings, audit schedules, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor and improve cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement finance SOPs, internal controls, and approval workflows.
• Establish and maintain finance policies, including procurement, payment, expense claims, and credit control.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support payroll review and finance-related administrative matters.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts independently.
• Experience in setting up finance processes, SOPs, and internal controls will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently.
