Responsibilities

Embed & Integrate: Become an embedded member of the customer's technical team and align with their processes.
Hands-On Execution: Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions within the customer environment.
Strategic Advisory & Architecture: Provide architectural guidance, roadmaps, and best-practice recommendations.
Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: Lead technical workshops and document decisions and runbooks.
Customer Advocacy & Liaison: Represent customer voice, surface gaps, and align with stakeholders.
