Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inquiries and incidents related to network security and performance for enterprise customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving DDoS, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, and network configurations.
• Create knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting docs for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve Cloudflare tools and products.
• Leverage generative AI and automation to accelerate root-cause analysis and response times.
