Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Self-starter who can work independently and has a deep desire to learn and grow with the Company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequently, domestically and internationally, based on customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites, including start-up and check-out activities.
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool by preventive maintenance and addressing abnormalities.
• Coordinate service actions with customers to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve equipment malfunctions; replace defective units or parts as needed.
• Prepare and maintain service logs, diagnostic updates, and reports for management.
