Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, relocate and service Lam etch / clean / deposition equipment at customer sites. You will perform start-up, troubleshooting, and on-site preventive maintenance, collaborating with a skilled team to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

This graduate-eligible role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, willingness to travel globally, and the ability to work varied shifts including on-call.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Install or relocate equipment at customer sites and complete start-up and checkout activities.
• Provide on-site preventive maintenance and warranty/paid service support.
• Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate service actions with customers to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain logs, service records, and diagnostic updates.
