ADACTIVE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to set up, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment across offices and project sites.

The role covers desktops, email, servers, software updates, security patching and network connectivity to ensure reliable daily operations. The candidate should have a Diploma or IT qualification and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with practical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, backups, VPNs and Linux where

Qualifications

Diploma or relevant IT qualification.
At least 2 years IT support or sys admin experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Windows PCs and cloud email platforms.

Responsibilities

Set up, configure and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment.
Install OS, business apps and security software.
Create and manage employee email accounts and access permissions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email and connectivity issues for staff.
Maintain servers, perform updates and security patching.
Monitor backups and assist data recovery when needed.
Set up office/project networks (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, cabling) and test networks.
Install and maintain project-site hardware and software.
