Job summary

Suntech Security Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Technical Support Engineer/Desktop Support role in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical support, desktop support or IT help desk, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IT systems, liaising with vendors for new purchases and implementations, and handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
• Knowledge in network system security.
• Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
