Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive, Facilities Management to lead daily operations, maintenance and a team of facilities staff at Sentosa.

The role focuses on safe, reliable facility services, managing contractors, and driving continuous improvement across asset records and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, a diploma in facilities/building services, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in facilities management or building operations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating contractors.
• Strong knowledge of WSH and safety compliance.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as WSH, FSM, LEED etc. are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance to ensure reliable performance of buildings and assets.
• Supervise and coach Facilities Management staff and allocate daily deployment.
• Manage term contractors, service providers and vendors per contract and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health, fire safety and regulatory standards; conduct risk assessments.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records and prepare facilities performance reports.
