Job summary

JOBS ALLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities management professional to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and building services at client sites. You will coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure prompt repairs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include site inspections, planning preventive maintenance, obtaining quotes, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate communicates well, is organized, works independently, and holds relevant facilities qualifications.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Facilities Management / Building Services / Property Management preferred.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with contractors, clients and internal teams.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills.
• Candidates with relevant technical/facilities qualifications will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and building services
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors and service providers
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance/repair works
• Attend to facilities-related issues and ensure timely rectification
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Obtain quotations and coordinate maintenance/service works
• Maintain proper records, service reports and facilities documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building and operational requirements
• Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors and internal departments
• Assist with any other facilities management duties as assigned
