Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for hard FM (M&E, plumbing) and soft FM (cleaning, waste, pest control, landscape).
• Oversee contractors and handle feedback from occupants and stakeholders.
• Prepare service reports and KPI presentations; plan and implement building improvements.
• Inspect common areas and tenanted spaces for defects and non‑compliances; report to supervisor.
