Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a large built-environment portfolio, driving excellence in safety, efficiency, and customer-centric outcomes.

You will manage service partners, contractors, and budgets, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering stakeholder value. This role requires strong leadership and communication across diverse teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, property, facilities or estate management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, contract management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and asset management across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and service improvements.
• Manage outsourced contractors, consultants, and service providers to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and procurement activities.
• Drive preventive maintenance programmes and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, WSH, and environmental requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, regulators, and users.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary operations team to achieve objectives.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews for leadership.
