The role requires a degree in FM/Building, at least 2 years in M&E, strong organisational and English-language skills, and IT proficiency. It involves coordinating with vendors, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure quality service and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Facilities/Building/Estate Management or ME/EE.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in M&E services.
• Experience in tenant management and AEI is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English; IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day M&E operations for assigned building.
• Handle procurement with tender processes and vendor quotes.
• Ensure procurement aligns with approved DOA and budgets.
• Monitor compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate tenant engagement and AEI-related activities.
• Drive digitisation initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Liaise with tenants and owners for feedback closure.
