Job summary

Suntec Real Estate Services Management, the real estate services arm of Tang Organization, is seeking a Manager of the Engineering Department to lead the Mall, Office, and MCST portfolio facilities. You will oversee engineering systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive reliability and performance across the asset base.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in FM, M&E, or related discipline.
• 5 years of facilities management experience in large-scale developments.
• Certifications such as FSM, Green Mark or energy management credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise day-to-day functionality of all primary engineering systems.
• Coordinate responses to service failures, faults and system abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, SCDF, BCA, NEA and other authorities.
