Job summary

Singapore Land Group is seeking a seasoned M&E Operations Manager to lead a team of M&E Technicians for a commercial building portfolio in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day M&E systems, manage maintenance term contracts, prepare ITQ scopes, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and certification requirements.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), tender management, and achieving KPIs through strong leadership

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• At least 5 years' hands-on M&E experience in commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and M&E engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E Operations and Maintenance Technicians team.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of M&E systems in a commercial building.
• Manage M&E maintenance term contracts, parts, and licenses.
• Prepare ITQ scopes, evaluate quotations, award tenders, and supervise works.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of M&E work orders.
• Provide guidance to technicians to achieve KPIs.
• Support Green Mark compliance and EHS activities.
