Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior M&E Facilities Manager to lead and oversee building systems, ensuring optimal operation, maintenance, and compliance.

You will manage a team of technicians and coordinate across multiple disciplines to deliver reliable services. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in M&E building services or facilities management, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and manage multiple activities.
• Strong initiative, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise M&E technicians and oversee operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, inspections, contractor performance, service contracts, and statutory compliance.
• Manage maintenance contracts, ad-hoc repair works, and CAPEX projects, including budgeting, tendering, quotation evaluation, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Review tenant fit-out and renovation submissions, address maintenance requests, and ensure works comply with statutory, building, M&E, and EHS requirements.
• Monitor utilities and prepare management reports while maintaining accurate records of maintenance, contracts, inspections, statutory compliance, and asset performance.
