Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Engineer in Singapore to manage and maintain M&E facilities within a building complex. The role involves supervising day-to-day M&E systems, planning repairs, and implementing maintenance regimes while coordinating with outsourced contractors.

You will perform daily site inspections, ensure compliance with service standards, and participate in on-site emergencies. NITEC/Diploma in FM related disciplines and 5 years FM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ or any other FM Engineering related discipline.
• Min 5 years in FM related (Familiar with M&E System, ACMV, Chiller system).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain M&E facilities in the building.
• Oversee day-to-day M&E systems and plan repair, maintenance and improvements.
• Develop, implement and review maintenance regimes and processes.
• Supervise outsourced contractors to minimise disruption to operations.
• Attend monthly Employer meetings and be on-site during emergencies unless otherwise arranged.
• Carry out daily inspections to ensure site is well maintained and defect-free.
• Monitor scheduled, breakdown and cyclical maintenance works.
• Supervise a team on-site and enforce fire safety rules.
