Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an on-site Engineer to attend to maintenance requests, perform rectification or temporary fixes, and support the venue team during events. The role requires hands-on knowledge of general maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service equipment.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
English literacy.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
Manpower deployment skill.
Tools asset management skill.

Responsibilities

Attend TAM or helpdesk case on site and perform rectification or temporary repair.
Respond quickly to emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
Assist coordination with Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer.
Assist in reactive maintenance (RM) and/or corrective maintenance (CM).
Perform planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reactive maintenance.
Conduct daily routine checks of M&E equipment and plant rooms.
Assist the Venue Team during events and non-event days.
Manage the Scheduled Facility Program Maintenance (SFPM) to ensure 100% completion.
Ensure smooth operation of MEP equipment and readiness.
Respond quickly in emergencies and escalate as needed.
Review and ensure critical spare parts availability.
Lead/manage the team in absence of supervisor.
Paperwork such as checklists, slides, weekly reports, etc.
