Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent maintenance technician to perform routine and periodic inspections of building services, and to document defects for management review.

You will conduct installations, troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance on M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, BMS), respond to tenant service calls, and oversee contractors to ensure safety, quality and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance and repairs for commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities and submit reports or defect lists to the manager.
• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on M&E systems.
• Address tenant complaints, service calls and breakdowns, and submit maintenance reports to the manager.
• Oversee contractors to ensure work meets specifications, safety protocols and quality standards.
