CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Facade Design & Coordination Lead in Singapore to finalize facade design, produce shop drawings, and manage installations for large-scale projects. The role requires coordinating with specialized subs, clients, and façade consultants while overseeing interfaces with other trades. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years with an A1 Main Contractor, with healthcare project

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of experience with an A1 Main Contractor; healthcare exp preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade trades and shop drawings.
• Willingness to work 5 days, or 6 days with alternate Saturdays per project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, client and façade consultants.
• Review, coordinate and manage interfaces with other trades.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
• Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
• Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
• Facades design and installation management
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant experience with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
