Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking a Facade Manager in Singapore to oversee design finalization and shop drawings for façades, and to coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants. You will review interfaces with other trades and manage facade design and installation throughout the project.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience with an A1 Main Contractor, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of façade trades; hospital

Qualifications

Min degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor; healthcare project exp is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities.
Good technical knowledge of façade trades.
Working hours are 5 days, or 6 days with alternate Saturdays off depending on project.

Responsibilities

Design finalization and shop drawings production for façades.
Coordinate with sub-contractors, client and façade consultants.
Review, coordinate and manage interfaces with other trades.
Facade design and installation management.
Other related duties aligned with project progress.

Responsible for design finalization and shop drawings production/material submission for all the facades
Coordination with specialized sub-contractors, client and façade consultants
Review, coordination and management of interfaces with other trades
Facades design and installation management
Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Requirements:

Min Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as Facade Manager with an A1 Main Contractor, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Hospital or healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
Posses strong leadership quality
Good technical knowledge of façade trades
Working Hours:5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
