REDWOOD INTERIOR PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Facade Project Coordinator to support project delivery from production through handover. You will work with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate activities and maintain project documentation.

The role emphasizes onsite supervision, quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications, with responsibilities including site inspections, coordination of material testing and defect

Qualifications

• Experience in façade project coordination is required.
• Familiar with quality assurance and QA/QC processes.
• Knowledge of technical drawings and construction documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating façade projects from production and installation through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on project and site matters.
• Monitor project schedules, production, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues, coordinate corrective actions and follow up on rectification works.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety requirements.
• Coordinate material inspections, testing, defect rectification and project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, progress reports and other relevant records.
• Support project-related activities and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.


• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
